I have attempted to reach Indeed three separate times to resolve the issue and they have completely ignored me. There was no way to appeal as others have here have mentioned. Eventually after trying to find out what was going on I came across a page that notified me that my account had been deactivated and had not receive notice or a reason for this. I then attempted to subscribe to the resume search option and was unable to submit payment. Just recently I logged in to access their free job posting option and it was flagged immediately. Since then we were noticing changes within the company and used Indeed only as needed for immediate hiring (via resume search option). There was an incident where we were overcharged by about $900 and were issued a refund quickly and with an apology. They were a smaller company and had great customer service.
